All products are subject to availability. If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for that product.
Prices
Product prices and delivery charges are displayed during checkout.
The total price payable will be shown before you complete payment. Applicable taxes will be included or handled as stated during checkout.
We may correct obvious pricing or description errors. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding or cancel the affected order and issue a refund.
Orders and Acceptance

Delivery
Available shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery periods are shown during checkout.
Unless a different delivery period is agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days after the contract is entered into.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed as guaranteed.
You must provide an accurate delivery address. Risk of loss or damage generally passes to you when the order is physically received by you or a person identified by you.

Cancellations and Returns
Our self-service cancellation option may allow you to cancel an order within 15 minutes.
If self-service cancellation is unavailable, contact us immediately. This operational cancellation window does not restrict your statutory rights.
Eligible UK consumers generally have 14 days after receiving most online purchases to notify us of cancellation. They then normally have another 14 days to return the goods.
We also provide a voluntary 30-day return policy, subject to the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy.
Faulty Products
Products must be:

- Of satisfactory quality
- Fit for their intended purpose
If a product fails to meet legal requirements, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
These rights are not affected by our voluntary return policy or any manufacturer warranty.
Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, discount codes:
- Have no cash value
- Cannot be applied after an order is placed
- Cannot be combined with other offers
- May be withdrawn where an error or misuse is identified
